Lisa H, the salon manager, has just has a baby Boy! So we felt it an ideal opportunity to give tips on coping with pregancy ailments such as the dreaded stretch marks and tired, heavy legs!
" noone ever said that pregancy would be easy, but then they didnt sit me down and tell me about what would happen to my body - but then again - would i have listened?"
I have found three things that have helped me through my unglamourous stages of pregancy 1. Decleor Sculpt Range 2. Decleor Mother To Be treatment 3. Decleor Perfect Legs treatment
I stuck to Decleor since i am already an avid fan of the range, but i must praise them on the fab range of treatments and products that have limited my aches throughout the previous 6 months.
The Sculpt range is a programme of 5 firming skincare products based on essential oils and phyto firm complexes. During pregnancy the tone and elasticity of the skin is put to the test, it may become drier therefore more susceptible to stretch marks.
I use Aromessence Sculpt in the morning on my tummy, thighs and buttocks followed by Perfect Sculpt Stretch Mark restructuring gel-cream. In the evening i use Aromessence Sculpt Balm. The smell is gloriously like lemon marzipan - Almost good enough to eat!
My stretch marks are very minimal, Im really pleased with the results so far. One BIG tip is to make sure that you exfoliate your tummy and thigh area thoroughly, but gently, every day, this promotes blood circulation to your tummy helping to keep those stretch marks at bay!
